Hi my name is Frank Burcher, nine or ten years ago I started a franchise with a national security company selling wireless security in Cairns, two years went past and I found there was a shortage of good and reliable technicians in Cairns, so I started learning from two of the best.

A couple of years ago I decided not to renew my franchise with the national company and set about getting all the licenses I needed to start my own business.
